for the longest time.

just a lil' update on what was happening over the weekend.

friday was aces day and teacher's day celebration in school. my plan to escape from muay-thai-ing failed miserably. so i had to stand there looking like the most un-enthu person on earth (okay, i wasn't the worst.) after 45 minutes dragged by at snail's pace, it was time for a class celebration for mr ng. just the usual, cut cake, take loads of photos, give presents. the class card was huge and pretty, because of my photos (: (: no la, because of the bee-yoo-tiful photos that i took. HAHAHA, okay okay. because of the many nice photos. period.
school celebrations at the hall was ????!!! yes, half the time i did not know what was going on (actually i was too bored to even find out) and the other half of the time cringing at the singing... was contemplating over the phone with kelly as to whether to go back to sc, but in the end, we realised that jaz didn't go. so sadly, we decided not to go. SAD SAD SAD. i really wanted to go back to see the teachers, see the choir, see jaz, eileen, steph, and the recess clique and silly kerriann, and my partner lydia and... the list goes on and on.

headed down to ps to meet kelly BELLY, because i decided that i should be nice and spare her from the 40 min long bus ride all the way to tampines. ate at swensens yet again, because we were both starving! i always loveee meeting up with my dear woman... when i saw her coming down the escalator, i was like WHAT?!! YOU CUT BANGS?!!! that was exactly what i wanted to do with my hair. i guess, great minds think alike. (:

saturday, i had tuition in the afternoon. and made it there all by myself! after lesson, i tried getting a cab to make my way to church. but where are all the cabs when you need them?! i spent close to 40 mins getting a cab! what made things worse was the rain. so i was there at the corner of the busstop, cold, wet, and desperate. wasn't a really nice feeling. kept praying for a cab. still, there was no cab in sight. actually there were cabs, but all were hired or the uncles did not care to stop. that's when i decided to walk up a little farther from the busstop since the rain had now become a light drizzle. THEN I SAW A CAB THAT WAS HIRED. BUT IT WAS STOPPING. IT STOPPED JUST A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY FROM ME. A MAN STEPPED OUT OF THE CAB. then i immediately flagged down the cab and made my way to church. i think the cab was God-sent, funny it may sound, but it's true. why in the world would the passenger want to stop in the middle of the road. in the middle of nowhere?! whatever the reason was, i thank the Lord for sending a cab to me. (:

had my first teacher's day celebration on sunday! looking back, it's been six months of being a sunday school teacher. and i am enjoying it (: whilst listening to the message, i had an idea! will elaborate in due time, but in the meantime, i am committing it to the Lord. had fbi, then travelled to the lai's place for dinner and fellowship.

TODAY, had great plans in mind to study study study. but to my dismay, i did not accomplish much. the bed is too much of a distraction! GRRRR. i need to find a more conducive place to study. a place that is in close proximity (to save on travelling time).

WANTED:
A STUDY PARTNER.
needs to be able to motivate me to study.
