i log on to windows live messenger and there is no sign of my classmates. that's how gross it is. guess this is how it is going to be for the rest of the year. real sad case. another similar scene in school when i turned around to the row behind me, and (to my horror!) i see a whole row of serious people working on their assignments. i don't mean this is bad but really, it is kind of scary and a lil' overwhelming.

today was a - day. can't really find the right word to describe the day. the weather made it a whole lot worse especially for the first half of the day. went home perspiring bucketsful and I FORGOT TO BRING MY KEYS. i mean i don't usually bring it along, but today when i rang the doorbell, no one answered cause there was no one at home. you know that feeling of annoyance... well, so called my mum and she rushed home. must admit that the tone i used on the phone was not one that was toooo pleasant. while waiting, i went down to the void deck to wait. reflected on my mood and attitude. prayed there and then for a calm spirit that was not irritated or angry, which i was thankful for. it made the rest of the day sooooo much better. :)

so after ptd, everyone is telling me to put in more effort and this i agree with. what i can't understand is when you tell me to be stressed. i find it so weird cause stress does not equate to having put in effort. really, does it mean that i must go to school or everywhere else with 1987341213 pimples on my face, huge eyebags and dark circle around my eyes before i can be called hardworking or am putting in effort. i say this not because i have already put in loads of effort in my studies already (this i regretfully admit) but because i've thought about it, and with God's grace, i want to study hard for His glory, with joy and confidence that i can do all things (that includes studying) through Him that gives me strength. :)

studies aside, i went with my sis for a jog just now. i can't be under the sun cause it irritates my eye so no choice have to exercise at night. but it was refreshing and i feel so energised now i think i can sleep at 5am today. hahha just kidding.

did not go to school on wednesday and thursday cause i've got some eye problems. but thank God i am getting better :) on top of that, i have excuse from pe lessons for the whole of next week cause apparently the sun's too glaring for my eyes. hahahaha. so i'll be in my spectacles for like a whole month, no more contacts for me! (at least for the time being)

eye think that eye should sleep soon.
