FEBRUARY 2008

hey everyone!
i'm back to post an entry again, after quite a while. just an update of what has happened so far in the month of february! so be prepared for some photos!

6 FEB: (bro) Darrell's Birthday Lunch / Reunion Dinner
decided to go to school for cny celebrations in the morning. but arrived late to my dismay. i was just one minute late. so kelly and i were locked out. however, we were not alone. there were at least 30 other late ones. had a really short celebration then went to eat macs breakfast with kelly to kill time. but i was still sooo early, so i decided to sit mrt all the way to hougang (or sengkang?) with kelly then take a straight bus all the way to orchard so i'd be on time. but i got lost. missed the stop and then i walked and walked and walked, then decided to take a bus again... i made it there on time!! everywhere was closed so we settled at the food court at taka. and guess who i saw? XH! i was so glad to see her there! had reunion dinner - massive steamboat at our house later on in the evening.

7-10 FEB: CNY
woke up early, put on new clothes and awaited the arrival of relatives. cousins and i + nephew shaun played our yearly game of RISK. and once again, i WON (ok i let shaun tie for first place with me)

in the end... i had to use BROWN soldiers as i did not have enough yellow ones. i think i'm good!!! (:
CNY was a quiet one, just people visiting and we ve visiting people. nothing much.

14 FEB: VALENTINES DAY / BIRTHDAY
yes, i'm one year older now.

didn't expect much of a celebration in school since i haven't been in the school for very long, but i was pleasantly surprised when michelle actually made a cake! (thanks michelle!) valentines day in srjc isn't the same as scgs, they don't celebrate as much i guess. anw, i was just thinking my birthday isn't anything special... cause every other girl / person receives a gift too.... so i'm not the only one receiving gifts. haha oh well.
