no more silent movies, please

today i had the honour of being the only one to watch a silent movie. yep, just me and me alone. i took my seat right in the corner, at the back of D306. the atmosphere was warm and much too stuffy for my liking. but that's when i saw the characters appearing on the screen, they were writing and doing all sorts of stuff, but there was no sound, only waving of hands and hand signals... then the screen went black, end of movie.

okay, seriously, this was what happened to me during econs tutorial today. somehow i just decided to take the seat at the corner of the class (i guess i chose that seat because it was nearer the window), the classroom was really hot and really stuffy. no kidding. but then halfway through the lesson, my "system" just hanged on me and nothing seemed to get through me, i literally saw only mrs t moving her hands, scribbling on the board and the rest of the class doing their own stuff. the next thing i knew, my eyes grew heavy and i dozed off just for a few moments. sigh. hot and stuffy classrooms are just not conducive for learning to take place. and i learnt my lesson. i will try my best not to sit at the back of the class.

well, it's been busy busy busy. as this term comes to a close, there are so many things to get done and the many test and midyears coming up. maddening math, hateful history and exasperating econs.. oh well last week was track and field meet in school. photos below!
